The development consists of villas, a clubhouse, and a vineyard, collectively known as the Eco-Stay. This allows the investors to enjoy their property without the burden of self-maintenance. Additionally, profits from the leasing of villas will be shared with the investors. The Winery Cluster
At the heart of the property is the Good Earth Vineyards winery, which will include two gourmet restaurants, a wine tasting lounge, an exclusive barrel cellar, conference facilities, an amphitheatre, tennis courts, and a golf putting green. Owned and managed solely by Good Drop Wine Cellars Pvt. Ltd., the winery will operate independently from the Eco-Stay. Wines produced here will be available for sale both on-site and in the market.
